Probably you sent them a check for $80.32. They received it and submitted it to their bank. The bank returned it to them and did not issue funds to them. This is usually because the account has NSF.

This is interesting. This is the longest sentence I've ever seen to describe "unpaid."

Good guess Chris. It wasn't obvious to me because it's not actually a check, it was a direct debit.
